Samson and Samuel
And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gideon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets. (Heb. 11:32)
Samson and Samuel were both very much the same and very different. Both men were judges, anointed of God to lead Israel. Both took the vow of the Nazarite. Both fought the Philistines. Both men are included in Hebrews 11, God`s Hall of Fame.
